Free Steak Frites Lunch for SNAP Recipients at Medium Rare

Medium Rare, 3201 Louisiana, is offering a free steak frites lunch with a soft drink to anyone showing a SNAP or EBT card from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event reflects the restaurant’s mission to fight hunger through compassion, also seen in its Feed the Fridge program, which has provided over one million free meals nationwide.

Wild Turkey Trot Spirit Round Table at Brennan’s of Houston

Whisky enthusiasts can join Brennan’s, 3300 Smith, for its 17th annual Wild Turkey Trot Spirit Round Table, led by whiskey connoisseur Ed Guiney and featuring straight pours of Wild Turkey and Russell’s Reserve paired with Creole-style hors d’oeuvres. The event runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m.; tickets are $50 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Bluefin Tuna Cutting at Blue Claw Seafood

Blue Claw Seafood Restaurant & Bar, 13232 Northwest Freeway, is hosting an exclusive tuna-cutting experience from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., led by an omakase chef from Ye’s Group’s Toronto restaurant alongside Blue Claw’s Houston culinary team. Guests can enjoy unlimited tastings, passed hors d’oeuvres, interactive sushi stations and an open bar. 

Clase Azul Tequila Dinner at Hugo’s

Hugo’s, 1600 Westheimer, is hosting an immersive four-course dinner celebrating the art of Clase Azul Tequila, with pairings led by Global Brand Maestro Ruben Vargas. The evening kicks off with a passed-bites reception at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m., featuring dishes from chefs Hugo and Ruben Ortega like duck leg confit in mole poblano and braised short rib with mole pasilla. Tickets are $195 per person plus tax and gratuity

Shuck Cancer Houston at Silver Street Studios

The Shuck Cancer Houston event will take place at Silver Street Studios from 7 to 10 p.m. Hosted by the American Cancer Society, the stylish evening features wine-and-oyster pairings along with seafood from Houston’s top kitchens. Individual tickets start at $175.

Y2K-themed Ladies Night at The Kid

The Kid, 1815 North Durham, is hosting a Y2K-themed Ladies Night, featuring a Y2K dress code, free shooters for all guests, $8 Espresso Martinis and free pool throughout the night.

Hudson Vineyards Pairing Dinner at Le Jardinier

Le Jardinier, 5500 Main, brings a taste of Napa Valley to the Museum District with an exclusive five-course dinner paired with wines from Hudson Vineyards. Enjoy elegant vintages from Napa’s Carneros District alongside seasonal French creations from executive chef Felipe Botero and pastry chef Tiffani Gkaris. Dinner runs from 5 to 10 p.m., and tickets are $350 per person.

80’s-Themed Brunch Party at Zanti Cucina Italiana
