Medium Rare, 3201 Louisiana, is offering a free steak frites lunch with a soft drink to anyone showing a SNAP or EBT card from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event reflects the restaurant’s mission to fight hunger through compassion, also seen in its Feed the Fridge program, which has provided over one million free meals nationwide.
Wild Turkey Trot Spirit Round Table at Brennan’s of Houston
Whisky enthusiasts can join Brennan’s, 3300 Smith, for its 17th annual Wild Turkey Trot Spirit Round Table, led by whiskey connoisseur Ed Guiney and featuring straight pours of Wild Turkey and Russell’s Reserve paired with Creole-style hors d’oeuvres. The event runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m.; tickets are $50 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Clase Azul Tequila Dinner at Hugo’s
Hugo’s, 1600 Westheimer, is hosting an immersive four-course dinner celebrating the art of Clase Azul Tequila, with pairings led by Global Brand Maestro Ruben Vargas. The evening kicks off with a passed-bites reception at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m., featuring dishes from chefs Hugo and Ruben Ortega like duck leg confit in mole poblano and braised short rib with mole pasilla. Tickets are $195 per person plus tax and gratuity

Hudson Vineyards Pairing Dinner at Le Jardinier
Le Jardinier, 5500 Main, brings a taste of Napa Valley to the Museum District with an exclusive five-course dinner paired with wines from Hudson Vineyards. Enjoy elegant vintages from Napa’s Carneros District alongside seasonal French creations from executive chef Felipe Botero and pastry chef Tiffani Gkaris.
