This Montrose hangout started slinging its bold Greek-Mex bites and cocktails until 2 a.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Founded by siblings Georgeos and Alexia Kazilas, the menu brings their Greek and Mexican heritages to the plate — think pastitsio meets ribeye tacos, smoked tempura eggplant, branzino and a juicy Double-R Burger inspired by the show Twin Peaks. The vibes are chill, moody and musically inclined, and there’s a bonus reverse happy hour from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. with $9 cocktails and zero-proof sips like the Cool Hand Cuke.
